When you say know to a real puppy, say yes to this little guy!
We purchased qty 3 dogs for our kids as a compromise to saying no to a real puppy. I was afraid that these would be of poor quality and wouldn't work as advertised but they surpassed all my expectations. These little guys are fun and I love the voice command function. One of the 3 does have a little programming glitch were he gets a little angry if he doesn't hear the voice command and barks at you. I am on the fence about him but I think it will work for a particular kid. Great buy, so far great quality but I will admit it's a pain to charge the batteries. you will have to unscrew his belly cover, remove the battery in order to charge it.

Fun toy for 6-10 year old range, good quality
My 9 year old really enjoys this toy. He plays with it often, although his attention span turns to other things after about 15 minutes. The routine sounds are annoying to adults but the kids love it and it's well built

Engaging toy and great quality.
This was a gift for my granddaughter- she loves it - she’s 7 and is user friendly. Was enjoying this basically out of the box (after charging). With capability to add basic programming will engage her in play for quite awhile.

Generally average quality.
Nice product but bad sound quality especially when barking. Does not move when it tries to walk. Good battery. Nice tricks.

My kids loved it!!
This little robot dog was everything we could have asked for! It's cute yet sturdy, and easy for small kids to use. The battery lasted for several hours of regular play.A couple notes for parents: IT'S LOUD! Even though there is a volume control on the remote, the music defaults to the highest volume setting every time they turn it on. Also, you have to completely remove the battery to recharge it which is kind of a pain. Otherwise the kids loved it!

Stopped working on day 1 (Christmas)
It stopped working after less than an hour and no matter how much we charge it, it now powers on then a siren sound goes off and it stops working. None of the features work.
