Hello, Don't see folic acid listed on the bottle anywhere.

Q: I used to get the Jarrow brand, but since I found out they put GMOs in many of their products, I'm done with Jarrow. Does Natural Factors use GMOs?

I just read the article from the provided link re: B-12 patches and have come up with a fair assessment based on what I read. Plus side: The Healthy Habits B-12 patches use the methyl/readily absorpable form of B-12 and are easy to use and affordable. Each patch administers 1000mcg over 24 hours. (Conceivably, I'm sure a person could apply 2 parches if they want to double the dose.) This patch also releases 400mcg of Folic Acid. What the article/sales pitch failed to convince me of is that the patch is superior to sublingual or spray forms. Why? It is clearly written as if they have the only methyl form of B-12. The entire argument is based on stating that all pills and other forms (aside from injections) use cyanocobalamin, and because of this your body only actually gets up to 1.8% of the B-12 dose. The only argument for why their patch is superior is that it uses methylcobalamin. Perhaps the write-up is outdated, as the whole reason we are here is due to cross-comparing to find the best methylcobalamin product, and there are obviously many forms of it. Still, the patch may appeal to many and seems a viable option; it is applied behind the ear, is easy to use, and it is supposed to be efficiently absorped over 24 hours. *I have not tried it; I am summarizing/assessing the info from the link provided by someone else. At least you won't be paying for unwanted filler crud that is in most of the oral methyl versions (sweeteners, etc). Hope this is helpful for someone.
