Q: anyone know where to get the pressure adjuster since it doesnt come with it?

The pump output pressure is adjustable with a screw on the pump head, so an additional pressure regulator is not needed.

Q: Mine "thumps" constantly. Any ideas why it would do that?

It should only thump when it is pumping water. When there is no more demand for water it should build up pressure in the line and the pressure switch should turn the pump off.

Q: Can this pump water based cleaning solutions?

We have been using these Pumps for 21 years but only for Water for the Espresso Carts we build If the Viscosity is the same as water you should have no problem. Bob
