528 Hz Tuning Fork

I don't have a way to "measure" how accurate the tone is or test what the fork is made of but it seems like nice quality aluminum. It came in a plain black case that opens from the side. I notice when I strike it with my mallet after the audible sound dies down if I put it by my ear I can still feel the vibrations for quite some time. I don't plan to use it on the body but out of curiosity pressed the stem to my body but don't really feel the vibrations. I guess you really do need a weighted fork for that. I do love this fork and the frequency it produces. My only con is the included bag/case. It opens from the side with a flap (see picture). There is nothing securing the flap so the fork tends to slide out. It also has that traditional velvet like exterior which I don't like because dust and lint will end up all over the bag. You can always add something to secure the flap, but I just feel the bag/case could be designed better and I wish manufacturers would put them microfiber bags with the HZ of the fork on it. I'm going to purchase microfiber bags as I can store my forks and wipe them down with the bag if I can want to. Overall I am happy with the fork.

The sound is wonderful...nice, sturdy tone

This tuning fork was one of three I bought at the same time, and this one was the lowest in price but in the middle for quality, although all three prices were similar and this is the smallest. It's an aluminum tuning fork with a high pitch ring. This frequency in conjunction with human resonance is theorized to be good for general healing, although I tried this for headaches and other such ailments over the past year when remembered to try this, and did not find it to be effective. So I can't comment on sound therapy uses. It can also be used for general sound recordings, such as a sound effect to be used in the creation of music and videos.

Took me awhile to get use to it. Need to tap in on right surface to get it going. Feels nice having it. I ring it and guide it from ear, over head and to other ear.
