Fosgate Fozgometer Azimuth Range Meter

Got this for a friend (Raghav) in India as it's not available there. This review has been written by him.The Fozgometer is an excellent tool for turntable azimuth alignment. Came pre-calibrated. Used test tones 3, 4 , 5 side 1 on Hifi news analogue test Lp on Project 2Xperience DC Acryl. Within a minute the azimuth was confirmed to be perfect. And the channel balance to be equal. Very good and easy to use tool.

Not designed very well. In a short time the red light indicator remained on even when there was no signal. Calibration was next to impossible.

The seller was great and I am sure the product is as simple to use as stated. But, my Fidelity Research FR-64S tonearm does not have the azimuth adjustment available to use this. I did keep the Ultimate Analogue Test LP that I ordered and went back to using my O'scope and the test record and fine tuned my set up.

Made a huge difference in the adjustments of my turntable. Highly Reccomended.

A total piece of kaka, better to adjust by eye or with a bubble level on the headshell. Impossible to calibrate correctly.

works perfect anyone serious about their cartridge install should own one.
