Not this one. You need the T1 Phono SB, also available from Amazon.

Q: How do you change the speed from 33 to 45 ?

The drive belt pulley has two steps on it. You remove the platter and move the belt onto the other pulley step to achieve the different speed.

Q: is it actual wood or just made to look like it?

It's a CNC-machined wood body, to help control the performance. The walnut appearance is a wrap.
