Nice and thick perfect for workouts. I don't like wearing shoes when I work out. This gives me some protection from the floor whether I am doing resistance training or other exercises.The mat doesn't appear to slip or move on my laminate flooring .The mat is very thick and long. I'm only 5ft3 so perfect length for laying flat.I roll it tight when finished and then hold the roll between my legs (to prevent unravelling) and I find it fits easily back in the bag.Perfect mat for my needs, easy to use and would buy again

Took me a long time to find an exercise mat this thick. I’m very happy with it. So comfortable when kneeling. Comes in a handy carry bag too. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to use it a few times before I left a review and now I have so here goes.I have spinal and hip issues. When I used the gym mats I was in agony. Then this beauty arrived. It is amazing. No matter what position I'm in I am comfortable. Hips can't feel the floor and even kneeling is pain free.The bag has split after 2 uses but the mat also came with a carry handle thing.I totally recommend this mat for pilates. It makes sure that the only pain you get is from being contorted by pilates and not the floor.

I’m glad I chose this one. It’s thicker and more comfortable than cheaper options. It smells like rubber and weighs a bit but I can exercise with less pressure. Loving the bag too. I can keep my resistance band in there too.
