Q: i poped something are there any schematics?

Due to risk of electrocution or fire, I would advise against attempting any repairs unless you are certain you know what you're doing. That being said, no schematics of which I'm aware. I also "popped" something in a couple of mine and it turned out to the be the thermistor they're using as an inrush current limiter. Looks like the thermistor is an under-rated component. I replaced mine with properly rated thermistors and haven't had any troubles since.

Q: the Amps on this is ?

It says 16.5 for the 400w. Amps = watts/volts so it looks right.

Q: Does this come with a mains plug/cord, if not, any recommendations for one?

This power supply is without cable, which needs to come with your product.
