Get a different chain
The chain is very weak and broke after one time of wearing it. The locket itself is very nice though.

Like other purchasers
Like other purchasers, I agree it's not a quality item, and I didn't expect that. BUT, the reason for my poor rating is because the end of the chain is larger than the hole on the book pendant, so there is no way to attach it to this chain, making it virtually useless. The seller has been prompt in responding.....so I'll see what happens.

Tiny for pics
There is not a great way to add the pictures. You have to cut them down tiny. The appearance is exceptional. So if you know this before purchasing you will be ok.
