Q: How often should baby change this toothbrush? When to replace them? Because, bristles almost instantly started curling out. Is this normal?

Hmm... I seem to remember our brushes lasting awhile before curling out. Are you pushing too hard, possibly? Or is your toddler chewing on the brush a lot? That's all I can think of. I actually like these brushes, they are soft (which a lot of others aren't - maybe this also causes more curling?), and they are wide, which makes it easy to quickly brush my kid's teeth before she gets bored, haha.

Q: Does each individual toothbrush also come with an extra head?

I have received an additional head with some orders but it is normally stated everything that's included.
