Best Purchase I have made from Amazon, I needed a dedicated Notebook PC for Financial Transaction while in Asia for three months, So for you cant go wrong in buying DELL products. The first thing I did is wipe off the crappy Windows 10 and replaced it with Linux Mint 22 then set up all the financial platforms I use discovering the unit had two very weak keys (the F and V) I know that the Vendor would have replaced this with no fuss but i was leaving in 2 days so I decided to just live with a few warts. For what I paid I could never give this a bad rating Super machine running Linux. The first day in Bangkok the battery Failed, no big deal its plugged into the wall all the time. I have since replaced the battery with one from Amazon. This is a amazing little note book for around 100 buck!

This computer is great I have actually recommended it to a few friends of mine who have purchased it as well and love it. I like that it’s both a laptop and tablet in one

I bought this because I needed to write court documents on it after my other laptops screen went out. I bought a refurbished one and selected excellent condition and paid a little more for that. I received one that was splitting open on the side. I had to pop it back together. The keys don’t line up and it’s annoying to type on constantly making me misspell words or having to hit certain keys very hard to get them to respond. I’d send this piece of crap back if I didn’t have time sensitive stuff to work on…shame on the people who ok’ed this to be sent out.

Not bad for the price. 3 USB sockets is good. Not having a "sleep" option is not so good. Can only restart or suht down.Lotsa info on putting a sleep option in it, 8 out of 8 don't work on this Dell/W10 machine.

Got for my 10 yr old, he couldn't believe it, wasn't on his list. Tells everyone, "now I have my own laptop "

I am beyond pleased with my purchase. The laptop is more of a "notebook" size. Not an issue for me. I love that I can fold it and use the entire touch screen, makes it easier to take notes. It was clearly a classroom loaner, but it runs well, keeps a battery charge, and is so much fun to use.

This item didn't work when I got it. Would not charge. We asked for a refund, they accepted our refund request, sent the laptop back and have not gotten a refund yet. It's been 3 months. I won't do business with them again.
