Thick flange sealant.
This Locktite 515 flange sealant was too thick to "shake before use" (as the package stated). It flowed just fine. Purchased it in Feb. 2025 and it was manufactured in Oct. 2024. Used it on a John Deere tractor like the manufacturer recommended to seal between a hydraulic pump housing and a clutch housing.

for fast cure, needs primer.
product instructions indicate using a primer. researching Loctite data sheet shows it isn't needed but reduces cure time and strength. this info is not included in the product description. up to 72hr cure time without primer

Out of date dried up product.
The product was dried up in the tube and couldn’t even be squeezed out with the cap off, must lessen through a nozzle. Returned the product.
