A beauty of a chair
This beauty of chair is an amalgamation of elegance and sturdiness. To top it all, home ministry loved it too.Likes in that order1. Caster wheels. They have got to be the best I have seen or experienced in my 15 years of office life (or chair experience). The black ones look good, but if you are lucky to get the chrome ones, they may look even better (assuming they are the same quality). The looks aside, they are quite strong and fit snuggly in to the base2. Base. This one is a single cast chrome finish, and feels like it is meant to last for a long time. And if you're one of those who like to keep their feet off the floor, this one has a rock solid feel to it, with a flattish top and that classic chrome finish.3. Gas spring cylinder. Looks premium but don't have much knowledge about this in general, but again as a user, it is really smooth and comfortable to manage the chair height.4. The base, seat and back assembly: This is probably the most dense and sturdy part of the chair, and rightly so. Both the levers work like a charm. Remember, as in most chairs, not to push down the height adjustment lever. It is meant to be pulled up while you are seated to lower the height and while you slightly lift yourself to increase the height. It's ok if you push the lever down, but there is no action and I personally don't like pushing something the opposite direction of what it is designed for. But as I said, great assembly.5. The seat and the back has a welcoming and plush feelings. You can comfortably sit there for hours and not feel strained. And the lumbar support on this is awesome. I also like the fact that the handrests are fixed to the backrest. So even when you tilt back, your shoulder stays where it is and you can do a rocking motion if you like, especially if you are relaxing with your legs on the centre table or something (like when I'm watching TV). By the way, the home ministry may not like legs on the centre table, so do that on your own risk.6. Headrest: On the looks, this really takes the overall appeal a few notches up. And that headrest is probably the first thing you will notice on this chair. There are quite a few things I love about this. For one, you have the entire breadth of the backrest to change your resting position. And because it has that smooth concave curve from edge to edge, you can till your head back towards any angle, and it feels the same throughout. Second, the hump is just perfect to keep your head and your back equally supported, so the body feels that good back resistance equally from top to bottom.Assembly: Innowin provides support for assembly. They send someone over and they supposedly have teams in almost every place they deliver chairs (one can find the locations on their website as well). But I am the grease monkey of the house, and even if it wasn't the Covid situation, I would have done it myself (question is, would I have bought this if it wasn't WFH, maybe not. But now I feel this has already started to be a great investment). Anyway, so this section is for those who want to assemble the chair on their own. Innowin provides all the necessary bolts(including spares) and a dedicated Allen key. You really can do the assembly alone, but if you have someone to help, you can finish it in 30 minutes. I took an hour almost, but that was including going through the instructions. But even without that, one can easily figure out what goes where and how. But overall, if there's one area that I would have hoped for something better, it is the assembly. And there are two reasons for it. The screws and sockets are a bit on the tighter side and you need to put in that extra effort with the allen keys (they could have probably used a steel bolts (I mean it could be steel, but looked and felt like iron, probably due to the black color, or maybe it could just be me). And the second reason, the long screws to hinge the backrest was a bit difficult to grip the socket, and infact I had to use one of the extra bolts after the first one lost a bit of its thread. Moreover, one has to sit down after hoisting the chair on its base to fix the headrest in a slightly tricky angle. Maybe there's a more easier way to do it than fixing the headrest at the very end. But the assembly part was overall an interesting mini project. Some cons if I had write something at all. And that's probably the only thing I can think of - is that the arm rest cannot be adjusted for height. Don't get me wrong, the fixed position is perfect in our experience, but there may be some of you out there who feels the need to adjust arm height. But positive about fixed arm rests is that they amp up the sturdiness and that solid feel.Overall, if you plan to do WFH - which may be the normal from now onwards - who knows - this is a highly recommend investment. Thanks to Innowin and Bharat Furniture Mfc Co. And yes the designers also can take a bow.

Very good chair for work from home
I ordered this chair for working from home. This chair has met my expectations. It came with parts and instructions to assemble. The assembly was easy. The chair is very comfortable. It is a slick design, has a modern look. The back support can be locked at any position. The hand rest is not adjustable but it is at a comfortable position by default. So overall, great product, worth the money.

Ergonomically designed premium quality chair!
The chair was delivered well ahead of committed time. The packaging was professional. The drawing and video clip sent by seller helped me assemble it easily. Material quality is really good. The aluminium and PU material used blend so well to give elegant and premium look to the chair. Ergonomic design provides very good back and neck support. Those who spend long hours at desk can take a break by stretching their limbs with the reclining back rest. Worthy investment. My best wishes to the team behind its design and development!

Quality is not upto the mark
Being sold at this price range, quality is expected to be good, but it's not. Finishing of arm rest is not smooth. One of the screw to fit the head rest didn't fit properly. This chair is a good choice only if the quality is good.

NOT worth the money
Overall a decent chair but definitely not worth Rs. 23,000!Good quality material and easy to assemble with clear instructions.Fits people 5'6"or less in height. I am 6'1 and it is not comfortable...the headrest is at the base of my neck, does not provide any support. The backrest also is not too supportive - ergonomically feels like a Rs. 7-8,000 chair.Arm rests are too low and in a weird position that make them mostly useless.Wheels are high quality and it rolls well.Definitely not worth the premium they are charging for the chair.

Really good product
It's a comfortable chair with sturdy build quality, only minus could be the non-adjustable hand rest and head rest, but for most people it may not matter, considering the almost perfect positioning of these rests. Overall, a good chair to sit comfortably for couple of hours.
