Omg yes! Yes yes yes! A year later and it is still durable, holds soo much and was true to the description. The sizes were accurate and it is very protective. Sadly no lock feature but I knew that before buying.

This Kenneth Cole Reaction suitcase does not disappoint. This is the 2nd one I have purchased. Without spending as much as some of the other brands, and in my opinion built even better than the competition. The separation between each side is so convenient to stay organized. I like that they have a handle on the top as well as the side. If you pick it up on the side and set down, there are feet to keep your suitcase from getting scratched up. Just so happy with this luggage and I would definitely recommend over and over again.

Love the rose gold color; wheels so smoothly it’s a pleasure to roll around; light weight, fits everything I need for a week or two; fits well in overhead bins;I’m not a fan of the clamshell style, a question of personal preference, but I’m definitely keeping it!

the screws in the handle came loose and the handle fell off as I picked the suitcase up,,,the second time I used it.

I have taken this specific style of carry on the 20 inch version on SO many trips. I love that it has extra extenders that make it almost a checked luggage in terms of space. This is my Mary Poppins bag, because I can fit so many things in here when I travel my friends are always amazed that I can get away with just a carry on. I have had my checked bags lost before by airlines so I have low trust with checking a bag and traveling with a carry on usually makes me feel more comfortable. Love everything about this bag. All the pockets / storage areas are great for organizing. Easy to roll and ergonomic. Very durable! Love it a lot! Have ordered several colors now. Highly recommend and look no further!

We have had 4 of these.. Three 24Inches and One 28Inch one.. For over 10 years.. Finally after dozens of Check ins , a couple of them have started to show a little bit of wear and tear.. And not due to quality of the product but due to mishandling of bags..Highly recommended.

However, within just two trips, the handle on the luggage broke off. This was not due to rough handling or overuse but appears to be a clear manufacturing defect. For a product that costs around $150 and is backed by a 10-year warranty, this is unacceptable.Customer Service and Warranty Claim:When I reached out to Kenneth Cole to address this issue under the warranty, I was met with a response that was both shocking and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage. This passing of the buck is not only frustrating but also undermines the very essence of customer trust and brand loyalty.Lack of Accountability:It is bewildering that a brand of Kenneth Cole's stature would so blatantly sidestep responsibility and leave their customers in the lurch. The warranty, it seems, is nothing more than a marketing ploy, with no real intent to honor it. This experience has left me questioning the ethics of the company and their practices in dealing with customers.Final Thoughts:To anyone considering a Kenneth Cole luggage, I would urge you to reconsider.
