So glad to be using one of these. I used to years ago when I lived somewhere else, but fell out of the habit when I moved. Now in my new place, it's been a brilliant desk chair. Far cheaper than most office chairs and it comes with the added bonus of making me keep my core engaged while working, and also doubles as an aid for home workouts.The only thing I'd say is to remember to take breaks. You are exercising your core muscles on this, so it helps to change position and stand or maybe sit on the sofa every now and again to give yourself a rest.

Good size and quality. Everything included necessary to blow up ball to correct size and to keep inflated. Booklet also received with easy instruction.

This gym ball is good quality and is comfortable to use.

I'm in my eighties but found it easy to pump up as long as nimble enough to exchange pump for 'stopper'. So far not needed to re pump up. It is sturdy. Does exactly as stated and good price
