Q: I'm worried that it won't inflate enough to provide traction for me.

Quality is excellent and it’s soft but will do what it’s ment to do. I recommend this product

Q: I have a forward head tilt, will this give me support to hold up my head, conventional braces does not support my head. Can I use this as just a neck

After using it for a while, it helpful for me. I felt it is for expansion of the cervical vertebrae to relieve pressure on the nerves relating to neck, shoulders arms and hands. It is very stable when used, this is great for decompression of neck.
