Q: Does it lie flat on the grill? The photo makes it look like the front grease trap area is thicker than the back? Is it tilted back?

The grease trap does hang lower than the cook top and it will tilt back and be uneven if you don't let the trap overhang the front of your grill.

Q: Works on electric stove?

I do not know. We use it on a gas grill and it works great. I don't think I would use it on my electric stove.

Q: Which side is drain hole? Pictures show both right and left

Q: Where can you find a grease cup that has handles that hook on front of grill? I am using this on a 36” grill

Just use a vegetable or bean can, punch a hole on both sides and hang with some bits of a metal coat hanger.. not that complicated. Using a can at least you can simply throw it away when you're done and make a new can.
