It is NOT waterproof. However it is water resistant. That means it won't streak or smear nearly as much as regular mascara when in contact with water, but that water will ultimately remove it. Some waterproof mascara is super hard to remove and this isn't like that. It comes off when rubbed with water. But I can also wear it swimming and know that I likely won't have major raccoon eyes either.

It is flake free as long as there is no rain or swimming.. I have found it to not be waterproof. In the rain, it will come off in clumps.

Q: Are the 3 packs a full size tube or a travel size tube ?

Don't waste your money, it becomes dry and sticky. I buy Loreal Telescopic carbon black mascara and when I tell you it's the best mascara out there it really is. People actually think I'm wearing fake lashes lol. I hope this helps.
