Good for baking or cooking! Lately I have been using it to make a roux, or to thicken up liquid in sauces, and it works well!I have also used it for baking and it works great for that, though for now I have mainly been using it to cook! I will continue to purchase this, as it is a brand I love and trust.

I have used this flour for banana nut bread,pound cake and pancakes with excellent results.Can't tell the difference from ap flour with gluten.

I used this flour to make pancakes. They turned out well, but the texture wasn't exactly the same as what regular flour provides.

The best gluten free flour. I generally use this for ALL of my cooking/baking. Every once in a while I need to add a bit more flour to a recipe, as the flour is very wet, meaning it soaks up liquid very fast. But overall I really like it.

I have no gluten allergy, but I when I bake or cook with this flour, I feel much less bloated after eating. (Pancakes/waffles are TERRIFIC!) This four pack was about 2 to 3 dollars cheaper per pack compared to the grocery store, so I highly recommend buying a four pack!
