Useful attachment
If you have a Peet dryer and a helmet this adds utility. It works better than just placing the helmet on the posts sans mount. For <$20 why not?

A must for prolonging th elife of your inner liner
This was purchased as an add on to the PEET boot dryer. For those of you who are dirt bike/atv riders, you know who sweaty and nasty your boots and helmets get. The boot drier gently dries out the interior of your boots. This helmet dryer dries out your lining. We've enjoyed the performance of the unit for sometime, and this addition adds even greater value. Equipment is expensive....this unit helps keep it in ship shape.

Works
Use it for my shoei motorcycle helmet after a day riding or at the track. When I go to use it again no smell, nice and dry. I would recommend you periodically wash the inside of the helmet as I don’t think this does anything to kill bacteria.

Ok
Works good just takes awhile to dry. Not sure if it is because its a newer boot dryer doesnt get very hot like the older one

I love the morning after now! Even in winter!
I ride to work every day year round, and have a 120 mile commute. For over 10 years, I would carefully put my helmet (currently a Shoei RF1100), boots, and gloves over the various floor vents in my house so that they would be semi-dry the next morning. Sometimes this worked, but more often than not my gear was either damp or somewhat soggy. I'll admit to being a slow learner at times, but this product is definitely one of those "wish I'd bought it years ago" types of things. Now after a wet commute, I drop the helmet on the dryport, hang my boots on the bootdryer, and look forward to the following morning and warm, dry boots and helmet. The glove dryer works, but is extremely inconvenient to use, and I am concerned about tearing the lining on my heated winter gloves, so I use the boot dryer for gloves as well. Not as good for getting the fingertips dry, but it is a lot better than a floor vent! On winter mornings, having pre-warmed boots, gloves, and helmet is a small luxury that makes the first 20 miles particularly enjoyable.

Perfect compliment to your PEET boot dryer
This is a must for those who have or will have a PEET boot dryer. This attachment spreads dying heat to the proper areas of your helmet. I use my motorcycle helmet almost every weekend and am a very physical off-roader. (Read, I sweat a lot) So my helmet is usually saturated on the inside at the end of the day. I pull out the helmet liners and clean them in a mild soap and water solution reassemble the helmet and place on the cradle. I usually let it dry out overnight and have never had an over drying problem or anything that is too hot. I highly recommend this for all helmet users.

Melted in AZ heat
It has been nice to have in the house for making sure my helmet is totally dry and sweat free on consecutive riding days.I went to a race that had a practice day before race day and the heat / sun melted it while it was in the tote in the bed of the truck. None of my other gear including the peetdryer base had any issues

Doesn’t direct airflow into helmet
The stand the helmet sits on does not direct airflow so the air just flows around the outside or clumps inside back side of helmet and not around entire helmet to dry front forehead side of helmet.
