Buy it!
I have purchased ALOT of shapewear over the years, and this one is my fave. Excellent quality, snaps so you can use the restroom without having to strip down, and the silhouette is amazing. One thing though, if you plan to wear it strapless take the straps off before you put it in because it is difficult to take them off.

Perfect Strapless Shapewear!
I'm 5'10 and usually weigh between 195 & 200. I wear between as size 10 or a 12 and either a 38 D or DD depending on the brand. I know Maidenform is a respected brand but I'm always leery of buying undergarments online, especially strapless bra's that I can't try on. I ordered the item yesterday and received it same day (Prime is awesome) and I LOVE IT! I couldn't ask for it to fit any better. I'm actually wearing it right now. It smooths and holds without being constricting or uncomfortable. It has the option to wear it with straps or without. I'm wearing it without the straps and haven't had any slippage nor has it rolled up from the bottom. It does have a crotch like a bodysuit that hooks and unhooks. IMO the crotch is an extra level of security against it riding up since I'm tall (not rolling up, but riding up). I've recommended this product to a friend and a coworker this morning, and they both plan on purchasing it. There's a bit of boning on the sides and that doesn't bother me at all, and there are no seams visible through my dress. It wasn't any harder to get into than a pair of spanx. Anyone complaining that it's too tight or uncomfortable either is not use to wearing shapewear or they maybe need to bump up to a plus size. The cup size fits me so well I think I may try a Maidenform bra (I always considered them to be mom bras lol). I may purchase one more, cause it never hurts to have a second one. The only regret I have is not writing this review from my phone so that it would be easier to upload a photo.

Straps do come off! Wash it first!
I'm really glad I read the other reviews before I cut the straps off! They really look like they will not come off, but you can wiggle them off. The opening in the plastic doohickies that attach them to the bra/top is kind of hidden. Of course, there's no info that comes with the product (except what's on the tag). I TOTALLY recommend washing it before wearing it. I got mine today and will be wearing it in 5 days, so I decided to swish it around in a bucket of soapy water. When I emptied the bucket into my white sink, I was thoroughly disgusted. I was sorry I had even tried it on first. I am wearing it under an evening gown, and the dress did look better with it on. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs, size 8 (sometimes 6) / medium. I'm sure this product would fit someone with a longer torso much better, but it fits me well. There is a closure in the center of the "panty" part, with 3 hook & eyes, right where you don't want anything but softness. I bet I end up letting that part just hang open when I wear this thing. I am hopeful, but we will see. I'll update after I wear it to the opera!UPDATE: Don’t try wearing it without the hook & eyes done. It’s pretty hard to rehook them when you’re wearing this, so make a plan before the big night. It’s a good idea to do a “practice” wear. Overall, I’m pleased, good product.

Is not strapless; rides up; just OK
There is no way to get the straps off unless you cut the strap or break the clip that attaches to the bodice. It is really not mean to be strapless either. You can tuck the shoulder straps in without much effort; it is not uncomfortable, but the bra cups will ultimately slide down since the straps are what hold the cups in place. VERY misleading, both the description of the product and some reviews plus the Q&A section.Yes, it rides up. It rides up with the panty liner in place. It rides up without the panty liner in place--worse. It rides up if you sit for a long period. It rides up if you walk for a short period. I swear if I laid prone all day on the floor, it would ride up. Did I mention it rides up? Irritating, but the reviews warned of this.A little bit more effort in the design and type of fabric and it is a winner. It does provide a smooth silhouette and not meant to reshape the figure. I'm using this until I can find something better.

Seriously Effective!
Bought this to wear under an evening gown for a black tie wedding. Getting it on took a bit of pulling, but once on, it was great. The underwire for the strapless bra was great for a strapless dress. And easy to go to the bathroom (which is always an issue with these outfits).

Not really strapless
I returned this item. It says that the straps are convertible but I found no way to undo the straps. I'm uploading a picture of the strap attachment, although it's from my black one, which I kept. If you can see how to detach the straps, please let me know

Just Perfect
42/38/45 - Purchased 38D. This shaper is exactly what I needed. It is snug on my hips, but I want a sintched feel. Although I normally measure at 42/44in (36DDD/38DD), there is minimal spillage on the sides. Of note, I slipped the shaper straight out of the package and did not alter it other than adjust the straps. I believe I will have less spillage when I adjust the back clasp from the first to the second position. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would purchase it again.

Through the roof confidence!
I am going to Las Vegas and 2 weddings in the next few months, and needed something to help hold together my bits and pieces under bodycon, flowy, strapless dresses. I bought a skin tight bodycon dress and absolutely hated the fact that I can see the outline of my belly button. I spent days researching slips and shapewear of all kinds but ended up giving this one a try because I could wear the straps in different ways or take it off completely, it covered all of my problem areas, and it wasn't a thong. I tried it on and instantly fell in love. This shaped my body so well, I finally got the curvy hourglass body, no more belly button, and I was worried the slip may show through my bodycon dress, but it isn't noticeable unless you're on your knees staring right above my knee caps (which is where the slip stopped). I feel so confident in my tighter dresses knowing this slip covers what I want it to and spotlights all of my curves.
