Very helpful guide for catering any event. Very helpful in many ways.Use in everyday working with different groups and functions of the entertainging world.

I have a friend who jut began a catering company. i9 had bought he original version of this book years ago when I did a little catering and found it helpful. My book had water damage so I went online to see if I could replace it and found the revised edition, which hopefully will help him. I think the template for subcontractors will be of great use for him.

This book has changed my life.

This book is a collection of vague and uninformative quotes, dated menus, and common sense advice. One word for Ms Halvorsen, ICE. The details of coffee and tea service are poured over, yet, at no time does the book remind the would-be caterer to buy ice! It is amazing that in such a competitive publishing world that books like this are written.
