Truglo Airgun Globe Fiber Optic Front Sight with Black Polymer Housing Universal Fits Front Dovetail Fiber Optic Green

This is just what I was looking for! It was a direct fit on the front sight dovetails of both a Beeman RX-2/HW90 and Beeman R9/HW95. The green fiber optic sight is nice and bright. This sight actually has two protective housings. The black "windowed" on that you see in the product picture and a clear plastic one underneath. If you are having problems with the sun lighting up the fiber optic strand, you need to rotate the "window" to face the sun. Or just do what I did, take the outer black "windowed" cover off, leaving the clear one underneath. This allows the fiber optic strand to collect light from any direction!

I'm satisfied with my setup now. I'm using a Williams Target Peep sight on my Diana 350 Magnum in .22 cal. I had to set the rear sight to it's lowest setting because this front globe site is lower than the factory one. If I shoot anything lighter than 18 gr the bullet is unacceptably high. Lucky for me JSB Exact Jumbo 18 gr are the best pellet so far. I use 6 O'Clock hold and this works fine. Drawbacks are this is plastic so you need to be aware of that and not abuse your gun. Seems sturdy enough however with normal hunting and plinking. The base has not slipped yet thank goodness because it looks like it would not bite well. Use the perfect sized screwdriver. The post is a little big however the 350 Magnum is one of the longest air rifles so it works well. Now I can use it for hunting squirrel and plinking in a dark forest which is the reason I purchased this. With the factory globe sight I struggled to find the post in low light conditions.

On the back of the pin there is another green dot that causes a reflection.Could I paint the back?

I just got this sight and attached it. Wow. The sight was very bright and easy to find. Much better than the original. Fiber optics is the only way to go if you're shooting in the daylight.

It fits and works surprisingly well; the bead is small enough for some fine sighting and the rotating light window lets you adjust the brightness.I like it, haven't taken it off my HW30s since I put it on.

I installed this on my RWS model 34 pellet gun. I was unable to sight in the gun after that. stick with the stock sights and paint them. I will be returning this item.

Love these things. My older eyes really appreciate these and peep sights on my Weihrauch pellet rifles. They work better than the $60+ Weihrauch Fiber optic front sight. I take the rotating hood off because it works great and IMO looks better without it.
