Only problem is that it’s smaller in size than the pic suggests. I am six foot though and I can hit my dips on this no problem, so good to goExcellent quality materials; I tried quite a few paralleles before I finally found these. Happy and worth the money

Its only good for dips ... It is unstable falling chances are 70 % .. not good for doing front lever back lever overall not good for calisthenics .. i got with scratches and it will definitely get break at joint where stress concentration is more and very disbalnce height is also very small when tried to do dips my knee were toched to ground u won't achieve the depth .. plz don't buy waste of money

Received a yellow product instead of black but I don't care about that. What I do care about are these:A few bolts were tight but the foot still moved in a turning motion.Both bars are slightly uneven so I'm scared of doing L-sits and breaking my back if I fall. It's unstable even for a basic dip.A little too short for stuff like front levers, but there is enough to do inverted rows. I am 178cm high. Depth is decent for a dip if done with knees bent.

I would like to tell you all that this dips bar is a bit small and a bit expensive. But that doesn't mean that it's not sturdy or the quality is not good. To be honest this is like one of the best dips bar on Amazon and all those who are saying that it's hard to balance on these dips bars, then they are either not doing the correct calisthenics or just fooling you. Calisthenics is all about mastering your body in reference to your surroundings, so if you can't balance on a dips bar then how can you expect yourself to accomplish next level calisthenics tricks. Very useful product but too much shaky screws and nuts dont fit properly thats the only limitations other than than high quality material only fix the screws issue make it single piece

1. The quality of the product is very good and as expected.2. Talking about the stability, if the nut-bolts are fixed properly and used on a plane surface or a rubber mat or yoga mat it will be very stable.3. Grip is also as expected.4. Packaging was also decent. (It might have little scratches which are totally okay)Please don't expect vibranium bars at such a price xDAltogether, the product is worth the money so go for it.
