It is made with wheat, so it does contain gluten

Q: Buying 3 boxes at once is a bit of a concern, freshness. Does anyone know if a sealed box (bag) can be frozen without harming the product?

I've been buying the Kodiak Pancake mix from Amazon since prices in the supermarket went up dramatically and it was cheaper buying from Amazon. I have not found any problem at all with the mix freshness and I typically will go through 3 boxes of the pancake mix in like 6 months or longer. The bags are sealed as is the box.

Q: How do I cancel an order not yet delivered?.

I'd just wait till it's delivered then return it...free return.
