Higgins Intune Natural Hand Feeding Formula for All Baby Birds 10 Oz

I bought this so I can be prepared to take care of possible wild baby birds. It took some time to come in and I have a tendency to have baby birds to care for. I put in it the freezer. I usually keep it on hand for those very reasons. It's make it or break it having this food on hand.

They absolutely love the taste and is an amazing quality good brand good quality ingredients and it smells good too actually when you mix it

This is the second time I have gotten product in the old packaging rather than product in the new packaging pictured on the listing. The packaging changed about a year ago(?). Yes the contents are within date 12/25 exp. but Meh, my expectation was different. especially when there is no way to know storage history. I use it not for baby birds but for a cockatoo with a chronic condition so I worry about product breakdown.

Lovebird devours this blend over the big box brand that starts with a “K” , and will chose this one first if given a choice. I saw some complaints about mixing proportions, but have found over the years that water temperature and sit time all play a roll in consistency with all blend formulas. So use your own judgement for the needed consistency needed for age and ability of bird. This was my first time rescuing a parrot and had to force feed until tried this formula.

Good this to supplement my greys food after he acted tired and not well, he loves it and it doesn't taste bad, I tasted it.
