Q: how big are they? I want to use them for a shot but a small one.

They are much smaller than a regular shot glass. They are perfect for small shots because you can just put the whole thing in your mouth.

Q: Who gives the kosher certification for this product?

The only thing I can see on the box is the kosher stamp on front and back indicating "Dairy Halal". The name of company: Lang's Chocolates, 350 Pine Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.Hope this helps.

They are in individual plastic wells. Have never had a broken one. Have ordered 3-4 times.
