Yes, and they are the best socks I own.

Q: They mention hand wash. Can these be machine washed without damaging them?

I wash them in the washing machine, normal cycle, warm wash/cold rinse. No problems with doing that for me. I do not use any type of bleach, though.

Q: Do these fit size 13 shoe size?

Funny I see this question after laughing about these socks today. I bought mine just over a year ago. I'm size 10.5. I think they would be small fitting for you if I had to guess. zi think they are well worth the money, but after a yr. they really deteriate. The pair I have on today have several holes as fabric just dissappears after all the washing.

Q: are these highly cushioned

They are cushioned, I am not sure I would say highly. There is more padding on the heel and top part of the foot, and the rest of the sock is not thin per say but thinner than those areas. My husband has owned these socks for a while and they have never stretched out like other socks. Definitely very well made socks
