Swapping memory from 2nd pc has it up running fine againExtra Update........Seller responded exceptionally fast when i advised of memory stick errorI was away for a week and was slow to reply myself but when i replied seller again responded rapidlySeller has asked for a picture of the faulty ram stick to ensure the correct replacement is sent to me which i appreciateI am looking forward to installing the replacement part and thanking seller for a professional service

After reading the reviews i was a bit dubious about buying this pc with all the mixed ratings.When the computer arrived the first thing which pleased me was the superb packaging it came in.After unboxing i found it to be very clean and in excellent condition, it came with a keyboard, mouse and a wi fi dongle.After setting up i realised i could not get the wi fi dongle to work no matter which usb slot i put it in, when i contacted first click solutions they sent me out a new 1 straight away.A couple of days passed and i noticed that 4 usb ports were not working, 2 at the front and 2 at the back, after contacting them again they called me up and talked me through the fix which was very simple now all is well.I cannot complain because the service i recieved was first class and for the price i paid for this machine was excellent. I an so glad i took the chance and went for it as its one of my better purchases.

I found this PC a bit lagggy until I bought a graphics card for it, then it worked well. It can take a while to load up, and it's not Windows 11 compatible, but overall it's great for gaming and fine for everything else, just a bit slow on the startup and loading webpages (and yes I have checked the firewall and startup apps!). Good value for money overall.

Cannot believe just how good this PC is.Plug and play, so easy. No wifi or Bluetooth built in but comes with WiFi adapter, I plugged my PC straight into my mesh in my home office, perfect!Only using for home office, no gaming etc. But fast and efficient, no noise from it at all. Best buy in terms of computing for me, amazing price, speedy delivery, so far it has been faultless.

Came when they said it would. Nice little pc. from front looks like new, back as a few marks. other than that runs ok. I don't know if you can play games on it. I only use it for office work.

The PC worked fine for 4 months until the SSD drive failed and the computer now won't boot into Windows.As it is still well within in the 1 year warranty period, I contacted the seller's customer support via email and they want £25 at my own expense for postage return. This is not at all satisfactory as you can obtain a replacement SSD drive for around the same price as the postage and fix it yourself. It is extremely poor service and you should not have to pay high postage charges for something faulty that is still in warranty. So I will not be buying from this seller again and I advise others to do the same.It gets worse: As a result of this review, in November 2022 they asked me to return the faulty SSD for replacement or repair which I did and at my own expense. It's now January 2023 over 2 months has gone by and I have still not received a replacement for it. This is absolutely appalling customer service.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how small this unit was and then worried that I might not be able to firt a decent graphics card in it. The on-board graphics are OK but I wanted to use my Iiyama monitor with it's best resolution of 3440x1440 so went with a Zotac GT1030 which fit nicely. Topaz Photo AI software now runs much faster than before, using the graphics card, although it was not much slower using the computer's i7 CPU.The only downside of using a small case like this has, is fitting other hardware inside such as extra hard drives. I managed to get another SSD inside but there is no room for anything else.All round, I'm very pleased with my cheap, fast system.
