Excellent
This works really well for “ pour over” coffee. Easy to make one cup in the morning. I like the color it’s easy to clean and excellent quality.

Solid dripper
I like this a lot more than the hario v60. It seems to produce a more "rounded" cup of coffee which I like. Nice and heavy ceramic construction.

Good but Safe?
Skeptical of the lead-free porcelain. White may be a better option.

Great pour over!
We all love this pour over for our freshly ground coffee in the morning!

Too small to make even 1 serving
It is not even big enough to do 15 g of coffee and the filters that are made for it are weak and slip down. Don't even bother going with anything but the next size up.

My Life is Complete Now
The Kalita Ceramic Coffee Dripper, is perfect for me and my spouse who do not consume multiple cups of coffee, but like one a cup a day. Glad I got the ceramic style it could not be easier to clean, and it heavy enough ceramic that it can handle being banged around in the drainer. If you are considering one of these drippers I recommend the #2 cone style filter instead of the one are an Amazon auto load.

Works perfectly for one cup of coffee
This is small, sturdy, and terrific! I use #2 Target brand filters - which extend above the dripper, but that does not matter…the water is not going to fall out the sides! I microwave 8 oz of water in a Pyrex measuring cup, then pour in slowly. The dripper fits over any cup I use. Because of the nice weight it is less likely to tip over than my previous plastic dripper.

Yes, you can do an eight ounce cup
I bought this on a hunch that the "yes it can" faction of the reviewers here were right, and they were. Photos provided. For any doubters, I have, as of this writing, successfully brewed (4 times so far) 15g of beans, freshly ground, with 8 ounces of water, without any difficulty. Yes it seems smaller than necessary at first glance, but you have to pay a little more attention to your pouring aim (which is the whole point of the gooseneck kettle - to give you the extra precision and control required to do stuff like that) because you do have a narrower pouring area to aim for.But it is possible with relative ease, if, like me, you make pour-overs every day, and have a routine established, with steady hands. I'm certainly no barista at all, but I can make myself a pour-over that I am consistently satisfied and often delighted with.I showed two views of the brown 101 next to the white 102, and the other photo is 15g of ground beans in a #2 Melitta filter, which is in the brown 101. I hope this helps. The brown ceramic glaze is just as handsome in person as on the 102, which I previously bought, loved and broke. I am satisfied with this purchase. It does feel really small, but I found that I could manage it from the first try. I just paid closer attention until I got more comfortable.
