Q: does it add dimension to your cardmaking ?

Yes, love this tape. You can either use just one layer for a little bit of dimension or layer it to really make your items pop.

Q: What is the thickness

Its been about 4 years since I used this foam tape, but I think it was 1/8" to 3/16" thick. Used it to attach round pool bottom cove between liner and wall. Worked nicely.

Q: Is it easy to squeeze this tape with your fingers to make it thinner, or is it more like styrofoam or rubber and incompressible?

Don't t think you can make thinner and don't know why you would need to
