Q: Can i solder this? i am trying to repair some bad traces on a pcb, will this work for that?

Yes you can solder over this tape. I purchased it to use on stained glass and natural stones.

Q: So if I wrap this around a rough stone edge will I have a charged piece of jewelry? Is it safe?

No. Metal can conduct electricity but it doesn’t produce it. It is safe unless you plan on attaching an electric current to it.

Q: Can you use This for stained glass?

I'm not a stained glass person but my wife did some. I don't think it would be any good for that. Glue is not that strong and it is very thin.

I'm not sure if they have additives; but, the tape and adhesive are conductive. The adhesive is pretty weak though.
