A great filament not without fault
This is an excellent filament depending on what you are using it for. For testing all of my new filaments, I use thing:1023717 to find basic settings like temps and print speeds. What I found, that isn't shown in the photos from other reviewers, is a model with thin vertical walls which have a high number of retractions does not seem to show the glitter effect of the filament. The top and bottom surfaces of my three prints all have a strong glitter effect, but the walls are almost entirely black. I printed out another model that does not have thin walls or a high number of retractions and reproduced what was seen in the other photos. Additionally, this filament is very rigid when compared to some of the other brands of PLA I have printed with (Hatchbox, Zyltech, Prusa, and Atomic) which works well for the applications I intend to use it for.To address the stringing, I printed this filament at 195' and found almost zero stringing present. At higher temperatures any time there was a retraction, the melting glitter would string very badly. The lower temperature is different that what I normally print at, but was required for this filament. My suggestion would be to print a small retraction test such as thing:909901 and adjust your temperature, retraction, and speed (primarily travel speed) settings until your results improve. Finally, the item name containing "Marble Color" is slightly misleading. However, the name on the label only reads as "Shining Black" and does not mention marble anywhere. This is a very good filament at a lower cost when compared to similar products such as Fillamentum's "Vertigo Grey" that can achieve exceptional looking prints if coupled with the correct slicer settings._____________________________________________________________________Printer: Prusa Mk3Slicer: Prusa Slic3rPrint Settings: Stock .10mm settingsFilament Settings: Stock settings with the exception of a print temp of 195'

Color change is really cool and prints great.
I grabbed a few unique rolls of filament to try out in my X1C recently and thought this stuff would be really cool if it printed well. Turns out it prints amazing. I ran the 2 auto calibrations in Bambu and a tempt tower in Orca to get a jumping off point on getting it dialed in. That was all the fine tuning it needed though. I ran it a .16 to peint this little bearded dragon I saw on makers world and the results apeak for themselves.

Filament was better than expected but Amazon was horrible.
I ordered this filament with very very low expectations. When I opened the box and saw the color through the plastic I thought it was a decent looking purple. It sat while I ran through a dozen other prints. I was about to start a print and realized that there wouldn't be enough on the roll of another filament to finish but I thought back to the purple and thought I'd see how it would look with the filament I was already running when that one ran out. Soon as I ripped the package open to finish my print job I was able to really see the color of this filament and I was impressed. I was even more so when I saw how well it printed on top of the other filament and the colors went together. After I let it fly solo for the print I added photos of and a few others. The glow doesn't show up on camera well but it lit up a pitch black hallway after only about a minute charging in the sun. I don't like purple but this purple is really nice and I have a long list of prints it WOULD be perfect for. It prints great, the color is great, and I'm happy with the glow from the little testing I've had time for. BUT, they need to do this with more colors in petg and maybe other glow colors. That's my only issue with the filament. What's kept me from ordering 2 or 3 more rolls of this filament is Amazon. First they tried to sneak and change the delivery date without my noticing (I NOTICED!). after that date came and went thru changed the date but did notify me. That date came and went to which they notified me that it would arrived between X date and Y date and they couldn't offer me any compensation unless it arrived after Y date. It FINALLY arrived on Y date. I did give Amazon one more chance with another order but they messed that up too too the point I had to candle l cancel it and start ordering my filament from another source. I've been having issues with Amazon for some time and it only gets worse no matter how many times they promise to do better. So much for being a prime member and long time customer. So sadly I probably will not be ordering more of this filament despite how much I like it and I have people asking for prints done in this filament. If you don't have issues with Amazon delivering your orders, DEFINITELY BUY THIS!

Difficult to dial in but rewarding.
This review is for the shining purple to luminous green petg filament printed using prusa with .4 nozzle.Like the title says, this filament was challenging for me to dial in. Eventually I found flawless results using a very clean textured steel sheet. According to many reviews and the filament label I was under the impression that this filament would print best at lower temps 215°c - 220°c, for me these temps inevitably lead to bubbling, stringing and the filament failing to adhere to the heat bed. Eventually after several hours of fine tuning and frustration, I found that increasing the mesh bed leveling to 7x7, increasing the nozzle temp to 250°c and the heat bed to 85-90°c and calibrating the first layer, I was finally able to achieve a flawless print with very minimal stringing. I am now very happy with the final results of this filament and would recommend this product to anyone interested in this color. The glow does not last long and charges best with uv lighting but the shinning purple is a slightly translucent and a very nice color to add to my collection. Final prints seem strong and durable.
