Saved a small fortune!
I was going to be replacing the brake discs and pads on my car and thought, I may as well flush the brake lines too - one less thing to pay a garage to do!Ordered this kit and it all seemed quite self explanatory of what to do - the instructions were helpful, and confirmed my thoughts. It was very easy and quick to use. You just set it up, build up some pressure on the bleed nipple, loosen the nipple and then the fluid starts flowing in to the reservoir! I’m not sure the kit is designed for doing a full flush, as the reservoir is quite small and I had to stop to empty it 3 times. Not a huge problem, but I would like to see a larger reservoir.Everything worked great and as expected, and it all comes in its own storage box so can be stored in the garage until next needed - or most likely - until a friend spots it and wants a shot! Would have cost me around £60-£100 to have this done at a a garage, so has saved me money already. Very happy.

Works well for the price
Great amount of suction, and easy to operate on your own.I did end up using it like a normal bleed kit in the end though, with someone else pumping the brakes, just to be sure. The handle on the pump did need to be reassembled a couple of times but I was overhauling the system on a classic lorry, so they had a lot of work to do.

Great idea, but this is a very cheap flimsy solution.
Great idea, but this is a very cheap flimsy solution. I eventuality got it to create a vacuum and some suction, (after fitting the seal to the reservoir cap, no mention in the instructions to do this..). None of the supplied bleed nipple adaptors fitted but managed to get the clear tube to slip over the nipple. Endless pumping to get anything to come through. The tube kept falling of the cap, the handle linkage kept flying off. Reverted to training the wife in the Push/Hold/Release process. Don’t waste your money on this version.

Didn’t work on motorbike.
All I can say is this would work ok if for a car or a bike with large nipples..The nipple adapters and tubes are to big for bikes ( have 600 and 1000 cc )Also as stated on other remarks no good with empty master reservoir.Would have returned but needed urgent rebuild and had to use...Guess ok if tubes fit tight and just clearing air.

Superb bit of kit
My friend is very handy with a set of spanners and I noticed he had a small anti syphon jug and tube, so decided to get him this bleeding kit as it looked better. Went round to see him on the day and he had the wheels off his car replacing the brake pads!!! So he had to bleed his brakes. He didn't want to get his new pressie dirty so he used his old jug until he had read up on the instructions, he had a Renault Scenic and when he went to top up the brake fluid, there isn't a brake fluid reservoir, the manual said to take the car to a Renault Dealer to top up the fluid, no good for him as he didn't have any breaks !!! Quick Google and guess how you top up the fluid without a reservoir!!! Yep, have to pump it in via the brake bleeding nipple. He was so pleased with the pressie and what are the odds he needed it on the same day it was given. Superb bit if kit, does cars and motorcycles, anything that needs brake fluid really, Very cheap price for what it does and such a money saver, Get one for any mechanic family member or friend.

Used to bleed diesel system after filter change
Does the job comes with loads of fittings and some different length hoses, if you don’t have the cup installed it will just leak fluid down the handle. Doesn’t feel the best made but it’s £20 so you get what you pay for. Would buy it again

Good tool, however could use a few additions
This tool does work. There is one caveat if like me you bought it to work on motorcycles. I did find that the nipple cap was too loose and therefore wasn’t holding the vacuum correctly. THIS IS EASILY RECTIFIED. I had some hose clips to hand so I fitted a 9mm clip to it and hey presto...... it holds the vacuum indefinitely if needed. I suspect the other caps may need the same. If the tool was shipped with hose clips for each cap it would be perfect. But if you have any to one side it is an easy fix. If not they only cost pennies to buy.
