The chair is a feature in my smaller flat, as it requires functional furniture that not only look modern, allows comfort and looks sleek too. I like the ample size, to be able to sit for long periods of time and alter my position with the tilt and foot rest extension. I researched what type of chair I wanted to purchase and and I am more than pleased with the product. Exceptional value. The only thing I can think of to niggle about is the 2 small securing nut pins were baffling in how to fit. The answer is to slide them on to the nut near groove! Can recomend THE HOMCOM RECLINER if it's style of chair for you..

Chair arrived on time and well packaged. To unpack and assemble on my own took an hour. It is quite stable when sitting but it is important to put both hands on the arm rests whilst getting up and sitting down as it swivels and you can easily lose your balance. A stylish and versatile chair the footrest and backrest adjustment adds greatly to your comfort. Good value for money.

We bought two, on the plus side items were delivered very quickly and were easy to assemble. Now the bad, the wooden base's were both badly chipped, chairs aren't very good quality and don't think they will last that long. Definitely not value for money.

I ordered one of these chairs, and when it arrived it was unable to be built. There was metal in one of the screw holes for the backrest that had not been I guess trimmed or tapped properly and the screw could not go in. I do not know anyone who would nor do have any sort of tools to repair this. I complained to support and they eventually gave me a free replacement, only for that chair to arrive and the armrests cannot be built, the screws either cannot go in all the way or simple fall out after being put in all the way.It is also smaller than you would think, I measured my current chair at 45cm and I bought this as it said the seat is 45cm and it is completely unusable at me desk as when I measured it it comes out to about 35cm (the front of the seat when it is tilted upwards just to be generous) and it is even lower at the back. Do not buy this chair.

It might seem strange but I bought this for the base! My previous two recliners relied on a central pole into a circular base. Both snapped within two years. This one has a sturdy bentwood base and castors running smoothly around a track.Now the disappointing stuff. Assembly is relatively straightforward, possibly because of the practice I had on prvious chairs. But...DO NOT DISCARD THE ALLEN KEY[S] NECESSARY FOR ASSEMBLY. Within a few weeks the hinge bolt loosened - which I discovered when the back separated from the seat. I now have to tighten the bolt every few weeks, as it appears to be loosened with each recline.The rising leg support is even more of a problem, as the springs pop off. I don't use it, as I retained the footstool from one of the old chairs.Otherwise, pretty good value. Maybe too early to view after a year's daily use, however. If it breaks, I'll be back to modify.
