Q: Would these decals fit a Jayco Designer 34' 5th wheel without looking "skimpy"?

It covers it well. Its not quite as large as picture ad, but its a lot of stickers. Looks good.

Q: Are the application instructions available? Really would like to review before purchasing.

They do not come with instructions on how to apply. There’s probably some you tube videos though. I used window film application solution to spray on the sticky side and then squeegee out. Worked great and gives you more control before they actually stick.
