BOTARO 8 Tier Cascade Wedding Cake Stand (Style R800)

I did not want the usual three or four-tiered cake; an arrangement like this caught my eye. Unfortunately, I could not find this anywhere else in my country, so was very happy to get it here online. The first order I made got lost, but the suppliers sent another of these and I was extremely pleased with it. The cake stand was quite sturdy and held the acrylic gems which were orange - one of my wedding colours - in each tube. Overall, the effect was beautiful and quite fitting with the wedding theme. Thanks for making this available.

I was very pleased that I received them the next day I guess cause its in the same stat,and I was pleased with the quality of the plastic it makes the cakes look very fancy,specially when you add crystals or other things in side the cylinders. Can't wait for my cousins wedding to use them.

Love this cake stand. Can be used for smaller weddings or larger. I used with 3 tier cake and filled tubes with small lights. Very pretty.

I ordered this for my daughter's wedding, they do not like cake so I made cheese cakes. Cheese cakes tend to be much heavier, weight wise, then regular cakes, this proved a little bit of an issue but was easily solved! I filled the tubes, which are hollow, with water beads, this gave them some weight of their own and made for a beautiful display! I have this put away for future use and look forward to playing with filling the tubes with different decorations! :) Everything is well made and by no means cheap in the feel or the look! I was very pleased with it and so was everyone at the wedding! It also arrived very quickly!

These stands were easy to assemble. They felt sturdy. I would like to recommend to the manufacturer, that the tallest stand needs a wider base. I was VERY nervous leaving the cake. If anyone accidentally bumped the table...it's gone! But over all great display and cannot wait to use them again!

I purchased the 8 tier cascade cake stand for my baby shower and was extremely disappointed. Not only did I receive several missing pieces which ruined my display forcing me to place each cake flat on the table, very unappealing, the product itself was not like the description. It's very flimsy cheap plastic that looked like it would fall over at any moment. Perhaps it was a good thing I wasn't able to use their display. Cakes crashing down would have been worse. When I contacted platinumcakeware they agreed to refund me once they received the return, I was upset because they ruined the very special look I had envisioned for my party but heck what else could I do but return and move on with my life. But no, it gets worse! When they received the return package they claimed I used the stand because the plastic had been removed. Quite appalling since they had asked for pictures of the assembled stand in hopes of overnighting me the missing pieces. I explained to them that I mistakenly waited until the day before the event to assemble the stand and it would be too late to receive the missing pieces. They continued to claim that since the item had been "used" they would only refund me $20. There was absolutely no room for negotiation or consideration for their customer. They weren't even apologetic for their incompetence. I spent roughly $70 for the cake stand with tax and $20 for shipping BOTH ways totaling almost $100, they ruined my cake table and have the audacity to offer me a $20 refund. They stole my money, ruined my party and offered no words of sincerity. I encourage you not to waste your money on this company and their inadequate cheap products.You have been warned.
