Review: Highly recommend this tape! - I am on my third vhs tape and would buy a dvd if one was made. I bought my first tape in 1991 and if I do the exercises 3-4 times a week I see results within two weeks. The most notable result is in your buns. I don't do the cool down so the tape only takes me about 22 minutes to do. I know the exercises by heart so don't watch the tape - I just listen to it. But, if you want a good laugh just watch the dark haired lady on Denise's right. She is always looking away from the camera and then you can tell that the cameraman tells her to look ahead and smile.

I purchased this video to replace the original I had from the 80's. I do the video every week. The picture quality of the Amazon video was not as was advertised. The picture flips and I have to use the tracking on my video machine to stop it. The picture quality was a disappointment.
