I had planned to use only the "working" (middle) portion, along with the minute and hour hands, without installing the provided numbers. It should have looked sleek and elegant. Instead, I wasn't able to figure out how to get the minute hand installed on the post, in a position where it wouldn't just flop around. I tried super glue. No help there. I now have a clock with an hour hand and no "working" minute hand. Perhaps if I had soldering tools and skills, I could make this work, but I fear it's going to land in the trash can as a useless waste of money. I'm disappointed. Clearer instructions about which parts of the post need to be removed before "hand" installation, and where those "hands" should be positioned, would have made all the difference. If you purchase it, be very very careful when trying to position the "hands" on the post. Don't force it by "pushing down with two thumbs", as the instructions say. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Nice *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2019* After buying my first clock like this, but a little different, I decided to buy one for my family from. This is not the seller I brought my first one from. This was much easier to put up as I found a better YouTube channel with instructions on how to put it up. It took me less that 30 minutes to put up. The clock is very nice but where I have it in my family room I don't really like it there so will move it eventually. I still prefer the first one I brought in black.
