## Questions & Answers

**Q: How well does this work? I'm a teen with a high matabalizum and I'm looking to build mass and bulk up**
A: I’m nearly 50 years old, but seeing this question I had to comment. Until I was around 32 or so, I couldn’t gain weight no matter how much I had to eat; or so it seemed.

I remember not caring whether it was fat or ideally muscle, I just didn’t want to be skinny anymore.

Then I hit a point in my life where the metabolism slowed and I couldn’t keep the weight off. That lasted for nearly 15 years and for some reason my appetite suddenly plummeted and now I’m back looking at weight gainers simply to do nothing more than maintain a healthy weight.

Just try to keep in mind that human physiology typically prohibits putting on large amounts of muscle in a short period of time naturally. That means that a large portion of quick gains will be fat. Embrace your high metabolism and shoot for a reasonable goal.

That said, the more calories you intake in a day that exceeds what your body can burn, the quicker you will gain weight. For the most part, it’s simple math. Total Intake - Total Burned = Energy Stored Primarily as Fat. There are about 3500 calories in one pound. If you were to forge an extra 3500 calories a day, you could theoretically gain 7 pounds a week. For someone like you, that probably means eating 8,000 calories a day.

Now as far as this product goes, it’s one of the highest calorie per serving gainers I have seen and it’s much quicker to pound a shake than to eat a steak!

Another thing to keep in mind is that supplements that are fortified with vitamins and minerals, have the potential to far exceed recommended safe values for human consumption. I ran into this when I was your age. I was drinking over a gallon of milk a day, milk is fortified with vitamin D and that build up led to some freaky painful headaches in me personally.

Too much calcium can also upset your bodies homeostasis and lead to surprising problems.

Being young, your body can handle a lot! Just wanted you to be aware of the things I wish I knew when I was your age.

If I were young again I would focus on speed, agility and good clean ripped muscle! Shredded muscle always looks bigger than fat muscle.

Cheers!

**Q: banana**
A: I’m adding my two cents.

Chocolate peanut butter is the truth. Banana was good at first, and then it wasn’t.

**Q: Does it work without work out ?because im so busy all day**
A: First off, I am so sorry that everyone that responded to this question this far hasn't answered your question. I'm seeing you ask if this helps you put on weight without working out. I've seen 3 or 4 people put "no excuses, no short cuts," "no motivation, no nothing" and other meat head answers. I apologize about them =)

Getting to your question. Yes, it does help you gain weight even if you're not working out. I understand you're busy...who's not? Working out and drinking this is without question the best way to gain weight. But, for the last 2 weeks I've been drinking a scoop in the morning, and a scoop at night before bed. And I've gained 3 pounds! Doesn't sound like a lot, but if I don't get 6 eggs every morning, I'll loose 2 pounds. If I don't eat 400 calories everyday, I'll loose 2 pounds. I have such a low fat to muscle ratio that if I type it in, people won't believe me, so ill save it for the haters on YouTube (jk) 😅

But yeah, this stuff works. Might jist be a pounds a week, but if you're like me, that's great success. This does work without working out as long as you drink it consistently. Best of luck to you my friend.

**Q: will a high intensity sport like basketball plus weight training, 5 days a week lessen the effectiveness of this product??**
A: The guy who says this causes cancer is lying or is just ignirant. Some other supplements may but even at that mant studies don't say which ones. Powder prorein supplements do not. As do many men, i don't use this product for muscle gain. I use max muscle for that. I use this for belly fat gaining.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gained 7 lbs in One Month
*by P***H on March 11, 2018*

I am a 19 year old male going on 20 and am trying to gain weight and get stronger because I plan on joining the Marine Corps within a year. I started working out between 3-5 times a week doing squats, barbell curls, and benching among other things. I bought a bag of the banana flavored weight gain powder and drink it every time I work out and sometimes on off days. I use blend one scoop of the powder with 2 cups of milk and a banana. It comes to around 1000-1200 calories per drink. After only a month I had gained 7 lbs. and drastically increased my strength. I feel great and think that I look great too. My goal is to gain twenty pounds, I started out at 145 lbs and now weigh 152. My goal is to get to 165 lbs. The stuff is a chore to drink but that's how every work out powder is. I just ordered my second bag, this time I am trying the Chocolate Peanut Butter! Update to review (Forgive me for repetition or discrepancies between reviews) I have seen real results using this weight gain powder. I am training to be a Marine and I initially did not weigh enough. I am 6’2 and weighed 145 lbs. when I started working out and making these shakes. 148 lbs. is the minimum weight for my height. I set a goal to gain twenty lbs. and I reached 160 lbs. after three months. I stopped working out and drinking shakes for a while and I returned to my initial weight. I then started working out and with the shakes was able to get my weight back to 160 after about a month. I do all kinds of different workouts: running, rucking, I have back/leg day, and a chest/arm day. Core everyday and I try to workout 5 days a week, all very high intensity. I try to eat three meals a day, I’m not the healthiest eater in the world but calories are what matter when you are doing this kind of training. The MARSOC app says this blatantly, “Ideally you should eat healthy but eat anything and everything you can to get as many calories as possible. Big Macs are my best friend, each one is 500 calories. After every workout I drink a shake, what I do is I blend two cups of whole milk with one level scoop of powder, a banana, and recently I’ve started adding a teaspoon of Creatine to the shake. It ends up being about 1,200-1400 calories. I try to get between 500-1200 calories per meal. Add the shakes calories to the calories from breakfast, lunch, and dinner and you could be getting upwards of 3,000 calories in a day which is what is necessary for me to gain one lb. a week.
