A: White Petrolatum, thin paraffin oil, Ceresin Wax, glycerin, Panthenol, Glyceryl Stearate, 

Taken from side of box.

**Q: Does the film that it creates dry enough to be able to put make up on over it?**
A: No it does not! It stays like moist like an ointment. Disappointed in this product. I don’t recommend.
