Overall the set is nice quality and it was exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that sliding along the mat sometimes leaves a permanent skid mark. It isn't painfully obvious and it's probably due to the kind of material, but its something to look out for if you think you'd be doing that kind of movement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for all types of Yoga *by M***N on August 9, 2019* The thing I liked most about the mate was how it was double sided. One side has more grip than normal & is better suited for my more intense yoga classes where I move & sweat a lot so might slip. After a number of sessions I was pleased with the durability and non-slip surface of the mat. Since the mat can be cleaned easily it does not absorb the smell that we all come to loathe. The portability of the blocks, strap and mat make it functional and convenient.
