The trigger portion swivels. It is stiff but does swivel. It works well for me. You can tie a string through the loop on the back end to hold it to your hand **Q: Can you adjust the length of the trigger?** A: No you can't. I have short stubby fingers and it is comfortable to use. **Q: can you adjust the trigger weight?** A: This release has a gnat's hair trigger when not under load. But at full draw is perfect. I recommend giving it a try. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good,but is not length adjustable *by H***O on November 8, 2012* This pistol grip is very nice and feels good. It is a soft rubber and fits my hand well (6"1" 240lbs). It does not come with a lanyard(which I added). I knew the trigger was adjustable and very easily at that. However, I am a bit disappointed that the shaft, (draw length), is NOT adjustable. Most of the wrist releases do adjust,so I hoped this one would. Otherwise works great, a little loud, but overall reliable.
