Better than other belts ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only belt that gave me pain relief for my pregnancy related back pain. *by A***J on May 1, 2019* I recently had my first child. I started to develop some back pain during my pregnancy and powered through it with rest, stretching and some back wraps, but near the time of birth, the pain really ramped up. I was hoping it would get better after the birth, but it gradually grew worse. Rest and stretching wasn’t enough, so I tried a few of the cheaper, similar belts on amazon and none of them worked for me. My husband convinced me that we should try a higher quality product - you often get what you pay for, right? Boy, was he right. The way the decompression belt fits my spine is perfect. With some of the other belts, like Dr. Ho’s, it just did not fit my curves right - it just felt so “flat” and wasn’t much more effective than my trusty old back wrap. But with this DDS belt, it’s been so effective that I can even nurse my baby comfortably while wearing it and have almost none of the back pain after having used it for a few weeks.
