I've been using it for a couple years, year-round.The UI is definitely not intuitive, but is basic enough to learn in a few minutes.My only real complaint is that there is a dial to set the airflow opening size, and that dial quickly became very difficult to move, especially from 0 (closed). I have to jam on it to the point where I'm not just frustrated, but worried about breaking the unit. I eventually took it apart and was a little surprised to see that there isn't even an axle or anything, the dial is just a flat piece of plastic sliding against another flat piece of plastic (the casing).
