Not too tight and not too loose. The grip on my thigh is good and it is staying in place without causing any discomfort. In other words, it is not sliding down from mid-thigh when I am moving around, sitting, riding bike, etc. The fabric is good and despite using it in peak summer (38 degrees) I am not having any itching or discomfort. Its thickness is also as expected, not too much and not too little. I found it easy to wear once I followed the “How To Wear” instructions that came along with the product. Overall, this is something I recommend.
