I saw a YouTube video about L-Serine and memory. I thought I would give it a try and I have to say that it works! I am coming up with words that I would not have before. Hopefully it might work for you!

My Neurologist/Psychiatrist told me I should buy Douglas due to the Quality. M added this to my stack of supplements since my labwork showed low Serine via my CSF. I have been using for a month and just reordered again. I have made some health improvements since I ordered this along with other things that showed low on my tests and look to report back better results on the next review

Product promotes cell health and cell regeneration, as well as the production of serotonin, tryptophan and L-Cystine. Mix with manganese and Vitamin D for stellar results. One negative is that it’s a little pricey for a vitamin.

My doctor had me submit blood work for a SPECTROX assessment. The results indicated that I was deficient in Serine (this amino acid helps breakdown proteins). I started on L-Serine as soon as the Amazon order arrived. I have been taking 1000 mg daily with meals for about 1.5 months. I feel so much better and as a by product I am slowly loosing weight and my cravings are diminished considerably.As mentioned by another user, the local health food stores do not carry this.

It's a supplement and I guess it does me good. Can't tell.

This product made me feel nauseous every time I took it so I stopped taking it. I don’t know if it does what it says it will do since I didn’t take it long enough to find out.
