Make sure your mouth is super wet-as the saliva has to drip down the stick in order for it to show red on the indicator window. Might take longer than 3 mins for the saliva to reach the stick for the indicator window to turn red. Once red or faint red, place the sponge in the tube. If it doesn’t close properly the turn sponge/stick. It will securely shut if put in correctly. Close shut and Wait exactly 5 mins for the results. READ IMMEDIATELY at 5 mins. Do not wait. My test was 100% accurate.
