I had to buy another uncoated rack for high temp roasting. **Q: Is the Deluxe edition heavier gauge or better quality?** A: I don’t think so. The sheet pan quality is excellent. The deluxe part is I guess the oven rack. But the rack is not made by Nordic ware and is covered in a cheap non stick coating that is only oven safe until 400. I ended up having to buy a better quality rack that was stainless steel and oven safe to 500. **Q: Is it the same size as other nordic half sheet baking pan? will my nordic lid fit?** A: The pans are a standard size.
