I thought I'd give it a try anyway since there are no side effects reported. I am about 3 weeks in, I'm eating huge meals high in protein 15 minutes after consuming just like the directions state, and I strength train hard. It MAY be helping with protein synthesis but I haven't noticed anything. ECDY was hyped up a few years ago but has quickly faded, likely for a reason. If it was actually beneficial it wouldn't be so hard to find and have to ship from Thailand as this product did, and took about a month to arrive. I'd considered trying another bottle but I doubt it's worth it, plus I am almost done with this bottle and would have to wait another month, probably should've ordered 2 bottles to really see if it works but it appears companies are trying to sell off what's already been produced and don't seem interested in making more. This should tell you something, there's no shortage of insects as far a I know which is what this is derived from, from my understanding. Don't bother. All the way from Thailand and I got it in two days. I will update this in a month after using one bottle. UPDATE: Don't waste your money on this product. I recieved no results and the only studies I've seen where results were found was in very high doses around 4 grams 3 times a day.
